Luscious Beet Carpaccio​

This recipe is DA BOMB! The beautiful Chef Sam Gowing is the recipe creator of this one and I know first hand how delicious it tastes!

Luscious Beet Carpaccio 



1 medium sized beetroot, peeled and very finely sliced

1⁄2 cup fresh herbs, lightly torn

1⁄2 cup assorted fresh sprouts

1 lemon, zest only

Spanish onion, peeled finely sliced

1⁄4 pomegranate, seeds only


Carefully slice beetroot using a mandolin.

Carefully place onto a platter.

Garnish with remaining ingredients.


1 lime, juice only

3-4 drops rosewater

150 ml extra virgin olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper


Whisk juice with rosewater, pepper and oil and drizzle over salad. 

That's it!
