Meet Georgia Foster Alcohol Reduction Expert
Today's topic is something I have been meaning to share in a while. I receive a lot of emails and messages about ladies who battle with their weight loss "stress" journey. They are constantly feeling tired and fatigued, experience daily anxiety episodes or have created an emotional eating habit. This is where many turn to and rely on the ‘wine o’clock’ happy hour most nights of the week. This is simply a form of self sabotage that creates mid to long term health issues.
All these factors may be impacting their health and weight gain stress but most of all their state of mind.
That's why I had to introduce you to this amazing woman. This topic is very dear to my heart as some of my closest girlfriends have battled with these conditions and with the Dry July campaign in Australia, the two coincide in a timely manner. It's such an amazing charity that assists those people effected by cancer.
I recently had a great chat with Georgia Foster who is an expert in alcohol reduction, dealing with anxiety and emotional overeating.
Georgia has been living in London for 22 years where she had a very busy clinic working with women and men from all walks of life. She is back living in Melbourne, with her partner and triplet boys and loving it.
How gorgeous are they!
