Friday Fitspo and Golden Sunshine Smoothie

Here we go again! Another Friday and more fitspo to get you moving. I'm determined to get my daily 10,000 steps in so I try and get creative and find as many stairs and park the car further away from places as possible.

Check out my day below but before you do, make this sunshine smoothie to brighten up your day!

Golden Sunshine Smoothie


1 banana

1 mango (or 1/2 cup frozen mango)

1 tsp chia seeds

handful of almonds

250ml coconut milk (or any preferred milk)

1 tsp of baobab

1 tsp of maca


Place into a blender and add more liquid if the mixture is too thick. Enjoy!
