Now back to my fave fruits of the angels.
Papayas not only offer the luscious taste and sunlit color of the tropics, but are rich sources of antioxidant nutrients such as carotenes, vitamin C and flavonoids.
Not to forget the B vitamins, folate (for our growing babies in our belly) and the minerals, potassium, copper, and magnesium; and fiber. Pretty much goodness in one fruit.

Papaya, clementines & passionfruit blend
Ingredients 1/2 papaya 3-5 clementines (1 orange is ok too, REMOVE ANY SEEDS - important, because those are bitter). 1-2 passion fruit 1 cup of ice Coconut sugar or stevia if desired
Blend and enjoy this Mother Nature goodness.
