Pilates, Les Mills and Healthy Meals

Today was another cracker day for me. I'm totally hooked at my local gym. It's going to be a week tomorrow and I don't think I have missed a day. I alternate from boxing to yoga and today I did a pilates and Les Mills class (I was so uncoordinated and too much jumping and bouncing around for me!) Check it out
