How old are you and please can you share your health and fitness journey to date?
I am 27 years young! Ever since I moved states in Australia and went from an active waking job to a sit down office job I was gaining weight like nothing. I had put on almost 30 kilos in a span of 2 years. I felt absolutely defeated in February, when I hit my all time low at the highest I'd ever been 104 kilos, with 0/1o self belief rating. March I pushed to join a nutritional cleansing system and lets just say it's been 5 months and I have lost almost 20 kilos. I feel absolutely amazing and have a 7/10 belief in myself. In love with life and the universe.
What types of foods did you used to eat as a kid and young adult? What's changed since then?
The best thing that has happened is I now have an absolute plan in place. The best nutrition money could buy and the support of an ongoing solution. Combined with clean organic foods most of the time it's put me in great stead!
Do you play any sports or what sports do you like watching?
I love watching Rugby Union. All Blacks all the way haha. I use to play sports when I was young, but have not gone back into any sports.
What are your interests, passion and what makes you smile?
My interests extend to everything pretty much. Life is sooooooo wonderful isn't it? I'm super passionate about instilling greatness into the people around me, helping people reach their goals and motivating people to take a can do attitude. Our thought are our actions, so it's important to sprinkle positivity around and ensure the positive thoughts stay clairvoyant. SMILE that's a great habit of mine. I tend to be pretty grateful with my life so smiling comes with the property ( that means me hehehe)
What was the catalyst that sparked your lifestyle change?
My all time highest weight I've ever been. The fact of losing weight wasn't the hard part for me, it was keeping it off. Now I am able to have stability in my life.
What are some of your dreams/goals you hope to achieve over the next 12 months?
My dreams and goals are to not limit myself, always stay open minded, make mew friends, meet people like minded and lose another 10 kilos to wear that bikini haha. I also am working for an incredible company as an IT support Engineer but would love to branch into my side project I am gunning for. Possibly help people reach their health goals etc.
What tips would you like to share with my readers about your transformation?
Stay strong and positive. Write down your goals. Know your why? Why do you want to make this happen? And when do you want to achieve it by? Set yourself up for success. Nutrition is 80% so take the initiative and care to put the right things in your body. I'm not perfect, but I am reaching my goals daily. I would love for you to reach yours too. Nothing would make me happier!!
