As you know for this month's challenge I've taken on the Fernwood Fitness #28daybreakthru program, but I've also been doing workouts at Fernwood in addition to the online program. I’ve been trialling out their gym equipment as it's been over a decade since I've stepped into a gym and really noticing the changes that have occurred in that time.
I'm loving the social aspect of it and the qualified PT instructors assisting me when required.
The facilities are amazing especially the crèche option allowing Zali to have some fun time while I have a workout. It's a win-win situation. Fernwood Fitness have thought of it all from hair straighteners and dryers after your workout shower to a lovely break area to have your post workout shake or breakfast.
Along with their movement, PT, spin and weight rooms, the gym’s got all the latest gadgets and equipment even the power plate machine where my muscles vibrate and workout 30-40 times more than a regular workout. Oh yeah.....I speak like a robot :-)
