Fitness Transformation Tuesday with Anja

Today I would like to welcome the gorgeous Anja to our Transformation Tuesday. She has attempted various exercise regimes, workouts and diets but failed miserably until she made a commitment to stick to it, no matter what. Healthy is now part of her lifestyle. I am 18 years old and I've started my journey when I was 16 years old, that was in the beginning of January 2013. Losing weight was actually my new year's resolution. I've tried to lose weight at least ten times till then, but that was the time I said this is it and that this time I will do it for real.

I used to eat a lot of bread, white pasta, cheese, fatty foods and sweets, especially chocolate. I've replaced all that with lean meat, healthy fats and of course a lot of vegetables and fruits! I try my food to be as colorful as possible.

I was always quite active, I've played volleyball and football primary school. Now I train speed badminton, run and I do Insanity, Focus T25 and other exercise programs from YouTube.

I love sport, I couldn't imagine life without it. I am also a photography enthusiast, I love to travel, I am a nature lover and my friends and family mean the world to me.

My parents allowed me to go to Berlin in the summer 2013 and that trip was then my main motivation for losing weight.

I hope to finish High school successfully and be accepted to Medicine University and study physiotherapy. I also plan to keep up with my workout routine and healthy life style to achieve even better results.

Just keep going! If you ever feel not motivated and that you aren't making any progress, don't stop! I promise you, if you'll keep going you'll make it! Believe in yourself.
